Shipping rates will be listed when you process your purchase and before you finalize the order. These shipping charges vary from time to time so please review carefully. Shipping fees are subject to change at any time at BENFOCOMPLETE.COM’s discretion and without prior notice.   

Orders are processed by our customer service teams as soon as they are received.  Orders are regularly shipped via USPS First class and Priority Mail with tracking.  Shipping and customs processing times vary around the world. Most domestic orders are delivered within one to two weeks. Shipments across international boundaries may take up to four weeks. Occasionally an international  delivery will take longer due to import and export regulations. We cannot guarantee international shipping and additional customs duties will be the purchasers responsibility to satisfy.  We do our best to assist the purchaser in the delivery process.
