Our Legacy
After discovering he had Type 2 diabetes and sciatica, the late Lou Montgomery founded BenfoComplete. He became driven to help others live healthier and more comfortable lives.
Lou built the company from the ground up, starting as a small operation in the United States and now serves thousands of customers worldwide.
Today, the company is led by Lou’s wife, Debbie Montgomery Johnson, who continues to carry out his powerful vision. With dedication and heart, she strives to ensure that no one goes without access to real solutions.
Debby Montgomery Johnson – President & CEO
BenfoComplete has a personal touch, all thanks to its President and CEO, Debbie Montgomery Johnson. Since stepping into the position ten years ago, she continues to lead the company with the same compassion and drive inspired by her late husband, Lou.
She remains committed to making Benfotiamine accessible and effective for those suffering from diabetic nerve pain, sciatica, and related ailments. This commitment is a key part of her role as the organization’s overall vision and the face of the brand.
From overseeing daily operations to global expansion and customer engagement, Debbie's influence is evident throughout BenfoComplete.
Dr. Jack – Customer Relations
Known affectionately as “Dr. Jack,” Debbie’s father plays a key role in our customer relations team. He takes calls from some of our biggest clients and often supports customers by sharing his knowledge and experience with our products.
Dr. Jack has also participated in several of our educational webinars, helping customers understand the benefits of Benfotiamine and how to get the most out of their supplements. His warm, helpful presence is felt by many of the people he interacts with—and we’re proud to have him on the team.
Raj Chaudhary – VP of Information Technology & E-Commerce
Wondering who keeps our digital world spinning? That would be Raj Chaudhary, our VP of IT and Head of E-commerce.
He's the one we turn to for all technical issues at BenfoComplete. From managing customer accounts to handling partnerships with major distributors like Amazon, Raj ensures your products get to you quickly and reliably.
Donald C. Kelly – VP of Marketing & Sales
If you've found us, there's a good chance it's thanks to Donald C. Kelly, our sales and marketing expert. He's a passionate strategist at the helm of our campaigns, outreach, and brand positioning.
